We’ve been at the Super Niche Media Event in Charlotte for the last few days. We’ve heard some great ideas, but one in particular has stuck with us. In her presentation, Joyce Neth, the Vice President, Director of Audience Development & Research for WATT Global Media, featured a quote from David Ogilvy that stopped us in our tracks.

“Don’t count the people that you reach. Reach the people who count.”

It can be easy to get caught up in the size of your audience, but when it comes to leads, quality is more important than quantity. How does your organization focus on reaching the right people? Does your subscription management system support your efforts?
