There are a number of tips and tricks to getting the most out of Multipub. One of our favorites is to customize your personal workspace. Setting one up is simple, and the result will save you valuable time, as reports and information can be accessed quickly.
To create your personal workspace, start by right-clicking on the programs you’d like to see in your Personal Workspace and choose “Add to Workspace”. These can be named and categorized however you’d like. You can even create sub-menus, grouping similar functions together.
One time-saving tip is to place reports here, so occasional users can find them immediately when they first login. Another approach is to create a visual checklist for month end. This can help you run yours more quickly by placing each step sequentially in your personal workspace.
