We’ll soon be walking our newest team member through the ins and outs of Multipub. To bring her up to speed, we created a training plan. We’d like to share it with you.
Below, you will find a step-by-step plan for teaching your staff how to efficiently and effectively use our platform.
1. Attend/schedule Multipub training sessions by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Download the electronic versions of Multipub documentation from support.multipub.com.
3. Customize the electronic documentation with your codes and procedures.
4. Updates the documents as new Multipub versions become available.
5. Utilize the TRAIN system to test your platform and discover how it responds to different scenarios.
6. Create test products and subscribers to train staff and test functionality.
7. Keep products current in TRAIN by processing issues, closing the month, etc.
8. Record your training sessions, so you can refer to and repurpose them for another time.
