Our Finder Number Database was created to help companies manage and store lists purchased for one-time use. With this module, you can keep large, database lists in a subsidiary database connected to Multipub. This ensures purchased lists are kept separate from subscriber information, reducing the risk of overuse.

However, because they are linked, prospects from the Finder Number Database may be converted to subscribers easily when they respond to your marketing efforts. You won’t have to perform data entry on the subscribers’ names and addresses. This time-saver can be used to:

• Import names.
• Perform duplicate detections against the Multipub database.
• Pull names into Multipub based on a “finder” account number.
• Keep the original list codes with the converted subscriber names to track a list’s effectiveness.
